The band started recording for their first album in 2004, as their self-titled debut.
Following auditions, French pop singer Sébastien Izambard, Spanish baritone Carlos Marin, American tenor David Miller and Swiss tenor Urs Bühler were chosen to form the band, recreating the style of The Three Tenors. Following a growing appreciation of male voices in a classical style, SImon Cowell deeded to form a vocal group, to be signed to his record label, Syco Music.
